Shipping

• UK Mainland delivery cost - £12.00

• Prints are delivered by tracked post or by courier, rolled in a protective cardboard tube

• Prints are shipped as soon as possible (at most 30 days after receipt of an order in the event that I am unavailable for an extended period).

International Orders

• Delivery costs:

  • European Union (EU) - £18.00

  • Canada - £23.00

• Orders shipped by Atelier McNulty to destinations outside the UK are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (“DDU”) basis and prices are exclusive of any taxes, tariffs and/or customs and import duties applicable in the destination country.

  • All such international orders will be accompanied by a customs declaration stipulating the value of the item/s purchased.

  • It is the responsibility of customers resident in the destination country to ascertain and pay the local taxes, tariffs, customs and import duties applicable to their order.

• For shipment to destinations other than the UK, EU or Canada, please enquire using the Contact page.

Returns

• Prints are made to individual order, so consequently there is no right of return. 

• In the unlikely event of a print fault, damage in transit or to amend an existing order, please contact me as soon as possible using the Contact page.

• Order amendments can only be accepted prior to an order being printed.
